Payment is upfront always.
Turnaround time isn't confirmed but is more of a guestimate.
If I am halfway done with your commission and you want a refund I will give half back. No refunds if I completed your project.

I communicate through Discord (tqh#4665) and Instagram!
I take payment through Paypal and Cashapp.
